This 24/7 service is an asset to our rural communities where internet service may be limited. Members may check account balances, transfer between accounts, see what checks have cleared and more. This easy-to-use service is confidential.

Mastercard Debit and ATM Cards

Our Mastercard debit and ATM cards conveniently allow you to make PIN and PIN-less domestic transactions without the hassle of writing checks. Our cards are issued with a one-time $5.00 service fee.

To report your Mastercard Debit Card lost or stolen, call 1-866-508-2693.

Jackson County 1st Credit Union provides Text Fraud Alerts as part of our debit card protection program. Members are able to receive text alerts when suspicious activity is detected on your debit card. By simply replying “Yes” or “No”, you can quickly confirm or deny the transactions. The text alert messages come from the number “72718” and automated phone calls are from 855-219-5399. We recommend saving these numbers in your phone so that you don’t miss any alerts.

 

Are you tired of paying fees for cash withdrawals and searching all over town for a surcharge-free ATM?

Just like our ATM, at MoneyPass ATMs, you won’t be charged for ATM transactions. MoneyPass has over 30,000 ATM locations where you can make cash withdrawals and balance inquiries from your share and share draft (checking) account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check out the MoneyPass Locator or download the mobile app to find a location near you, no matter where you are! Wherever you see the MoneyPass logo, you should NOT be surcharged.

Our Mastercard debit cards are serviced by brella (formerly Shazam BOLT$. brella provides up-to-date fraud protection and instant notifications via phone calls and text messaging to our members.

Note: Brella will never require any text message answer other than a YES or NO response to verify recent suspicious activity or purchases. brella may call and require verification of recent purchase information to guarantee they are speaking with you. In the event that true fraud is detected, your debit card will be immediately blocked for use and an email will be sent to our member services team to advise on the updated card status.
