Jackson County 1st Credit Union Expands Access with New 24/7 Interactive Teller Machine on Caverns Road

Marianna, FL – Jackson County 1st Credit Union is proud to announce the installation of its first Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), located on Caverns Road across from the Marianna Educational Recreational Expo (MERE) Complex near Marianna K-8. This new addition represents the Credit Union’s ongoing investment in convenient, community-based service for local families, students, and recreational visitors.

Members are are able to conveniently complete banking transactions — such as deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, and balance inquiries—providing 24/7 service all from the comfort of their vehicle. Non-members are also able to utilize the ITM as an ATM, making cash withdrawals and related services.

“Convenience shouldn’t mean compromising community,” said Valena Alexander, CEO of Jackson County 1st Credit Union. “Our new ITM brings full-service banking to one of Marianna’s busiest family corridors—while preserving the welcoming, natural character of the Caverns Road area.”

To enhance safety and accessibility, the ITM site features neighborhood-friendly lighting, clear visibility, and landscape design that complements the surrounding environment. The project aligns with Jackson County 1st’s commitment to protecting local natural resources while supporting the growing needs of nearby schools, athletic programs, and residential neighborhoods.

This new installation follows the Credit Union’s earlier investment in an ATM located at the MERE complex, which serves families during City-sanctioned sporting events. Together, these upgrades expand access to convenient financial services for residents and visitors throughout Marianna.
